This type of punishment is truly next level! Nowadays, many kids are already tech savvy and can handle smartphones easily from a young age.

This little 10-year-old boy in Guizhou, China was taught a very valuable lesson by his father when he was caught playing the popular mobile game, “King of Glory”.

According to China Press, he was playing the game on his father’s phone and having a great time for about three hours. When his father came to look for his son, he was shocked to discover that his son had spent about 3,000 yuan (RM1,846) buying upgrades in the game. Wow, that’s quite a big amount!

Enraged, his father decided to punish him by forcing him to kneel down and beg for money in the streets. His presence on the streets attracted a big crowd of concerned passersby who approached him as they thought he was lost.

However, his father appeared not long after that to take him away and explained the situation. He said, “He took my phone to play ‘King of Glory’ and spent 3,000 yuan (RM1,846) in the game. That is equivalent to my whole month’s salary as we do not earn a lot. That’s why I have to punish him and teach him a lesson.”

The incident circulated on Chinese social media and most netizens agreed with the father’s actions. They said, “If I did that, my father would certainly break my hands!” “This is a really good way to teach the kid a lesson so that he knows money isn’t easy to earn.”
