One of the most crucial things to keep in mind to prevent the spread of Covid-19 is to keep a distance. Which is why health ministries everywhere across the globe have been trying to encourage their citizens to practice social distancing, in a bid to curb the rising rate of infections seen around the world as a result of the virus transmission.

Anything from $1,800 (RM 5,489.58) to $2,500 (RM 7,624) a month. Woah.

But of course, given that these jobs are only temporary since nobody hopes that Covid-19 will stick around for too long, one of the job vacancies actually states that they will hire you based on a three-month contract that will be liable of being extended.

As a Social Distancing Ambassador, you will be tasked to ‘guide and encourage hawker centre patrons in practicing social distancing measures’. Which means that people can only sit on unmarked seats in hawker centres, and you have to jaga lah. The requirements for each job vacancy is largely the same, in that you should have good communication skills, a strong persuasive ability, as well as a fluency in English, a mother tongue, and a dialect (if you can speak different dialects).

So what do you guys think of this new job opportunity?
