‘Himpunan Baju Merah’ which is to be held on Hari Malaysia, 16th September had a small pre-gathering on 13th September in a Kelantan city.
A video of the event was shot and posted on social media, sparking outrage from the public of all races.
The video shows Ybhg Dato Hj Mohd Fatmi Hj Che Salleh, Head UMNO of Kota Bharu leading the gathering. The ‘ceremony’ mentions its hatred towards the Bersih rally as it has divided races and was bad for the country.
They then burned two dolls of DAP leaders Lim Guang Eng dan Lim Kit Siang, mentioning them to be two of the leaders who started the Bersih rally.
Malaysians were angered at the appalling act, questioning if this is what Malaysia has become.
