“There’s so much more for me” – M’sian Influencer Hints at Leaving Country, Cites Toxicity as Reason

If you had the opportunity, would you stay in our beloved homeland or move somewhere else? Malaysian influencer Ameera Khan recently shared her thoughts on this during a Q&A session on her Instagram Story.

Ameera has always wanted to leave Malaysia, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t love the country.

In her Instagram Story, Ameera pointed out the toxicity in Malaysia, which contributed to her desire to leave if given the chance. When asked where she would like to settle down in the future, she couldn’t provide an exact answer but hinted that there are certain people she would prefer to distance herself from.

“I just feel like there’s so much more for me than staying here with toxic people stuck in their toxic mindset.”

Beyond the issue of toxicity, Ameera also expressed a longing to be in a place where she could truly be herself. She explained that she doesn’t see that happening in Malaysia.

“When I’m ready, I’ll move to a place where I can be myself, where that’s accepted. Definitely not here though.”

Ameera recently revealed her relationship with Indonesian model and actor Jefri Nichol. However, the influencer has not yet decided whether she will move to Indonesia permanently after their marriage.
