A touching moment recently captured the hearts of Malaysians after hospital staff were seen gathering to pay their respects to a man in Kuala Terengganu.
In a TikTok video shared by @insnftha__, the late Amirrulmukminin Bin Mohd Zain was wheeled out by medical personnel at Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah, who lined the corridor to honour him.

Insnftha shared that the 27-year-old had made the selfless choice to become an organ donor.
Responding to questions in the comments, a netizen explained that Amirrulmukminin was involved in an accident on the LPT near the Kijal exit while returning to Kelantan, and was later tragically pronounced brain-dead.
“Alhamdulillah, Allah made everything easy, and the family understood and respected the wishes he had expressed. May Allah grant him Paradise,” they wrote.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Insnftha, who’s a friend of the late Amirrulmukminin, shared how she and his family have come to terms with his passing, saying that “everything that happened was already determined by Allah.”
Insnftha shared a heartfelt tribute to her late friend:
“Your journey in this world has come to an end, and you left in a noble way as an organ donor, something not everyone has the chance to do. Passing away on a blessed Friday, truly Allah loves you very much.
“You were a good friend and family to us. We are learning to accept your departure, and we pray that you rest in peace, reunited with your mother. Farewell, Amirrulmukminin Bin Mohd Zain.”
