Malaysia is full of artists that make creative and gorgeous works of art.
And every once in a while, a politician would become lucky enough to receive an artist’s portrait of them. The most recent politician to receive this is none other than our new Minister of Human Resources, Steven Sim.
Taking to his Twitter account, he showcased a drawing of him that he received from a little girl who clearly has the talent to go far in the art industry. We want one too now.
He wrote, “My heart melted when a small child gifted me her hand-drawn picture of me. I serve for your generation, my children. The next generation of Malaysia, regardless of race and religion.”
Steven Sim also took to his TikTok account to showcase a video of him receiving the drawing from the little girl, and it’s heartwarming!
“Do you think this drawing looks like me?” he asked. Yes, YB, it does. That little girl is going to take the art world by storm one day.
We genuinely hope that he hangs the drawing in his new office and shows it off to everyone who visits him.
