After seven years of taking care of his bedridden wife, the man had to bid a final farewell to the woman he loved, who sadly passed away.
35-year-old Muhammad Saiful Sudin whispered into his wife’s ear and said he had forgiven her for all her sins, and that he accepted the fate.

His wife, Nor Fadillah Che Par, was 34, and she became completely paralysed after giving birth to their son 7 years ago.
According to Saiful, his wife breathed her last at the Bachok Hospital in Kelantan on Wednesday (12 November) at 9 AM due to stage 3 kidney damage, a bacterial infection in the lungs, liver damage, and a weak heart after suffering from a fever a few days ago.
Fadillah was in a coma for seven months after giving birth
Nor Fadillah was only able to interact using eye signals after her heartbeat stopped briefly during surgery to give birth to their first child on 18 November 2018. The situation caused her to be in a coma for seven months without being able to look at the face of their firstborn, who was born via cesarean section.
As for Saiful, following his wife’s illness, he resigned from his job so that he could look after her.
Throughout these times, Saiful said he only took jobs that would allow him to have the convenience of being near his wife as much as he could, as well as taking care of their only son.

Saiful shared the heartbreaking details of his wife’s final moments
Before her demise, Saiful said that Fadillah only had a normal fever until she experienced shortness of breath on Tuesday night (11 November). Fadillah was rushed to the hospital at 11 PM, where the doctor said Fadillah had to be put to sleep.
“My wife’s condition was stable, and at 8:30 AM, after I gave her milk, she just stared at my face.”
“I said, go to sleep, love. However, she was still staring at me until the machine suddenly stopped.”
Fadillah’s body was safely buried at the Permatang Pasir Islamic Cemetery at 6 PM yesterday, reported Sinar Harian.
