Pos Malaysia is resuming all JPJ services starting 9 August 2021 (tomorrow).

In a statement posted on 7 August 2021, Pos Malaysia said that all road tax and license renewal services will be available at all of its post offices, on an online appointment basis. The public can now book an appointment via the Pos Malaysia mobile app, or the Outlet Finder feature on www.pos.com.my.

“A customer is permitted to only book one appointment slot per day and perform a maximum of three transactions per appointment,” the statement added. It also advised customers to arrive five minutes early before their appointment and have their appointment confirmation ready for verification when visiting the post office.

The appointment-based service is to avoid overcrowding during the pandemic. Pos Malaysia urged visitors to observe all SOPs (wearing face masks, physical distancing, checking body temperature and scanning MySejahtera code) and refrain from visiting if feeling unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms.

For more information, do visit Pos Malaysia’s Facebook page or its official website here.
