A viral video caused the ire of a majority of Malaysians yesterday (21 March), showing an elderly vendor throwing petai or stink beans onto the street in protest of Port Dickson Municipal Council (MPPD) enforcement officers ordering him to stop trading at a parking lot in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
Following the incident getting traction nationwide, MPPD and the assemblyperson of the area acted swiftly by paying the elderly vendor a visit to clear the air.
