Just like Kelantan, Kedah has been facing issues with their water supply. So much so that multiple sources have shared on how critical the situation is and that there is no solution in sight.
But what makes this worse is the alleged response by the state’s leader when asked what his plan was to fix this problem.
TikTok page, BNPerak, recently took to their profile to showcase UMNO politician, Dato’ Shahanim Binti Mohamad Yusoff, as she recounts an incident where Kedah’s Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor, had responded with ‘Plan Kepala Bap*k Hang‘ (Plan your father’s head) when asked what his plan was in regards to the water supply issue by a member of the public.
Oh, and when he said that, people actually cheered for him.
They wrote, “The people of Kedah are able to judge to their best efforts if issues arise such as the ongoing water crisis are laughed at by the No. 1 leader of the state of Kedah. But, on the other hand, this anxiety was replaced by the applause of the people who supports this MB Kepala Bap*k Hang.”
In their video, Dato’ Shahanim shared her disappointment over the incident as many are actually suffering from the water shortages.
“I want to tell the young people, who clapped when he said ‘plan Kepala Bap*k Hang‘, it is your mothers who are at home trying to collect water,” she said.
She went on to explain that, as a state’s leader, he should not have answered the question in regards to his plans in the manner that he did. Instead, he should have shared actual solutions to fix the problem.
“It is truly, very wrong.”
