A video currently circulating online shows a group of men engaging in a physical altercation involving sharp weapons at Genting Highlands.
According to the video’s caption, the incident took place outside the casino at the popular tourist destination. The cause of the fight was not disclosed, but the scene was witnessed by crowds in the area.

The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) acknowledged the video and, in an official statement released last night (July 11), confirmed that an investigation is underway.
Superintendent Zaiham Mohd Kahar, Bentong District Police Chief, stated that authorities are working to identify the suspects involved in the fight, which occurred at Sky Avenue in Genting Highlands.
Two police reports have already been lodged, and the case is being investigated under Section 148 of the Penal Code for rioting while armed with a deadly weapon.

Police have urged anyone with information to come forward and assist with the investigation.
