Rumours have been circulating that a Malaysian actress was recently spotted at a nightclub in Sarawak; however, her identity remained unconfirmed as the initial images shared were blurred.
Following intense speculation, actress Emma Maembong confirmed that she was, indeed, the individual seen at the venue, where she was captured smiling and waving at the camera. Emma broke her silence regarding the matter via her Instagram Story today (4 February), clarifying the context of her visit.

“There is no need to blur my face”
Emma expressed her confusion over why some parties felt the need to exaggerate the situation by censoring her face. The 33-year-old actress explained that her presence at the Sibu nightclub was straightforward.
“It’s simple. I travelled to Sibu to shoot a music video. Coincidentally, DJ Kidd (a Malaysian DJ) was there, and I wanted to see him.”

Emma further clarified that she visited the nightclub of her own accord and had no intention of hiding from the public. She noted that she took the opportunity to greet fans and intentionally chose not to wear a face mask.
“I wanted to see the DJ perform. This isn’t something that I wanted to hide. I went in there happily. Sibu people are sporting.”

DJ Kidd also reshared Emma’s story on his Instagram, and according to his story, he is scheduled to perform there until 4 February.
