A 39-year-old Malaysian Muslim preacher was arrested by PDRM for filming and spreading sex videos of him and his 4 wives.
A report was lodged by the preacher’s second wife on June 16 at 12 pm after she noticed the sex videos involving her, the other wives and women being circulated.

The preacher was subsequently arrested, and police confiscated two mobile phones and a laptop belonging to the suspect. On these devices, PDRM discovered sex videos involving all of his wives, along with indecent images of several other women.
The suspect was detained for four days until July 5, after which he was released on bail. However, the investigation is still ongoing, as confirmed by Shah Alam District Police Chief Haji Mohd Iqbal Bin Ibrahim in an official statement.

The suspect is being investigated under Section 509 of the Penal Code, Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, and Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act 1955.
If convicted, the suspect could face a jail term of up to five years and a fine not exceeding RM50,000.
