Controversial Malaysian influencer Cathryn Li (also known as Li Yuan Ling) is making waves again after announcing that she is renting out her RM22 million bungalow for RM60,000 per month, according to news portal 99.co.

Cathryn, also known as the ‘Goddess of Piano,’ made headlines in 2019 after she made a remark about women being ‘fat’ for wearing M-size clothing.

She frequently flaunts her opulent lifestyle, including a receipt for JP4,321,590 (RM141,800) at a Japanese restaurant and her own Ferrari. She claims she wants more solitude because her current location is too close to her neighbours.

What exactly do you get for RM60,000 if you rent out a bungalow? The unit features six bedrooms and baths, as well as a garage that can hold five automobiles, and is located at a Country Heights residential complex atop a hill in Damansara spanning over a built-up area of 14,235 sqft.

The bungalow has a fish pond, a gym, a pool table room, a home cinema, a walk-in wardrobe, a master bedroom with a jacuzzi, a modern dry-kitchen-cum-bar, a grand piano, and an infinity pool.

A YouTube video of her providing a tour of her home also reveals the centralised entertainment and home management systems, which are controlled via a tablet app.
