The fire affected a factory spanning approximately 1,115 square metres. Firefighters from the Puchong Fire and Rescue Station (BBP) were deployed to the scene, supported by teams from BBP Subang Jaya, BBP Seri Kembangan, and BBP Jalan Penchala.

Items such as tissue paper, plastic, and crockery contributed to the rapid spread of the fire, which was further intensified by the wooden structure of the building.
