Manjung District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Hasbullah Abd Rahman, said that the police received an emergency call from the public about the incident, informing them about a fight between the two brothers in a house.

In an official statement by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) in Manjung, the police said the suspect was arrested shortly after the report was made.

A machete believed to have been used to slash the victim was also seized.

The victim kicked the bathroom door while the suspect’s daughter was still in

The victim lived in the same house as the suspect and his family. The fight was believed to have started when the suspect was unhappy with his brother’s action of kicking the bathroom door while his daughter was still inside.
