Our hair is our crowning glory and many of us can only imagine then horror if something were to ever happen to it!

A recent viral post on a Facebook page alleged that this girl got her hair cut while she was at the Masjid Jamek LRT station. You can only imagine that this case had girls everywhere clutching their lovely locks in fear.

The post said, “My friend was just at the Masjid Jamek LRT station when her long hair was suddenly cut by some unknown person. That person took the chunk of hair and put it in their pants pocket to make a quick getaway. It all happened too fast and my friend was not able to see who did it.”

The photos shared along with the post showed a girl’s long, thick hair missing a huge chunk right in the middle. Yes, not the most flattering look. Netizens were noticeably freaked out about this incident and started tagging their friends (especially ones with long hair) to warn them about this incident.

Some of them said that the person must have been a pervert to steal her hair… and might’ve used it for other purposes. *shudders*

Meanwhile, one said, “Perhaps she had simply flipped her hair to the back of her seat, which must have been a nuisance for the person behind her. The person must have been aggravated and decided to teach her a lesson.”

Some commenters said that the photos may have been fake or a prank because it showed the poor girl sitting in a chair that looked like it belonged in a beauty salon. However, other users immediately countered back saying, “If you were the one who got your hair mercilessly cut off in such a way, you would rush to the salon immediately as well!”

Poor girl! Can you imagine suddenly having your hair chopped off by a stranger!?
