Now, how many of us wish that the money in our wallets and purses will never finish up no matter how much we use? For this male netizen from Taiwan, he certainly felt like the cash in his wallet never depleted even though he hadn’t been to the ATM to withdraw money for a long time.
Based on his posting on Dcard, he said that he usually knows roughly how much he has in his wallet. That’s because he makes sure that he has about NT$10,000 (RM1,341) in his wallet for expenses and this would usually finish in two weeks. Once the money finishes, he would withdraw another NT$10,000 (RM1,341) to be used for the next two weeks.
He said that he would pay whenever he goes out with his fiancee as he did not want to be so calculative and count how much each person should pay. However, he recently realised that he hasn’t been to the ATM for a long time but yet, the money in his wallet didn’t seem to have reduced at all!
So, he decided to check his transactions and discovered that he hadn’t been to the ATM for at least two months, which left him puzzled. “Then how come my wallet will still have so much money? I didn’t use my credit card to pay for anything either,” he said.
After thinking it over, he found out that it was actually his fiancee who had been secretly stuffing money into his wallet. Then he added, “I should’ve proposed to her last year instead!” Netizens who saw the post praised his girlfriend, saying that he had found a keeper and were envious of him.
One said she actually wanted to let him know that although he might not need the money, she knows that money isn’t easy to make and did not want to take him for granted. Aww, so sweet! Some guys agreed that he had found a good girlfriend and said that it was difficult to find girls like this nowadays.
That’s a really sweet thing for the girl to do! What do you think?
