While KFC Malaysia may be seeing a comeback of the crowds, especially after its Mother’s Day promo, the sizes of their chicken remain questionable to some customers.

If you’re among the customers who think KFC could’ve improved the sizes of the fried chicken, then this is for you. Rest assured, your feedback will be heard and you’ll get your food in your desired size immediately!

In a Facebook post yesterday (May 15), KFC Malaysia shared a piece of good news with its customers, especially those who are expecting bigger pieces of chickens.

“If you’re not okay with your meal, tell us on the spot. We’ll replace a new one for you immediately.”

In its viral post, KFC Malaysia also promised its customers they will make sure that everyone is happy with their meal, with the quality of the taste and sizes GUARANTEED!

“We make sure it’s only the best for you. If you’re happy with your meal, tell your friends. If you’re not happy, tell us. We replace a new one for you, okay?”

Well, size does matter

Those who dine out often are likely to notice that NOT ALL F&B outlets are happy to listen to your feedback and make immediate changes. KFC’s offer to change your meal to your desired size has excited many (potential) customers, and many are hoping to see the fast food outlet getting back on the right track in the future.

A social media user even admitted that KFC in Malaysia is the best as compared to the ones in Europe.

“The employees in Sungai Petani (Kedah) are friendly and always put on their best smiles. The sizes of the chickens are good too. Keep it up!”

“KFC is sincere this time.”

Another user commented and expressed his shock to see the big size of his fried chickens during his recent visit, and said that he was full after only 1 piece of chicken.”

“I got a huge drumstick during the Mother’s Day promo, I was a little scared to eat it.”

Well, if you’re not happy with your food, you know what to do! We sincerely thank you KFC for this effort and offer for customers to change their (un)happy meals.
