Youth and Sports Minister and Segambut MP Hannah Yeoh recently launched a new initiative that provides free milk for 100 children from underprivileged families, aged 6-years-old and below.
This project, which is in collaboration with Masjid Al-Hidayah, is aimed at fostering healthy growth while ensuring that no child goes hungry.
Hannah Yeoh recently took to her TikTok account to share the launch of the initiative at the Kampung Sungai Penchala Mosque.
She wrote, “Free milk project for children in need, under 6 years old, in Segambut.”
The initiative allows for 100 children under the mosque’s welfare program to redeem free milk for a one year period, and this is only the first phase of the project!
While many praised Hannah Yeoh for her efforts towards helping the underprivileged, netizens were mesmerised by the fact that she had donned a headscarf at the launching ceremony in the mosque and pointed out how beautiful she looked!
“Alhamdulillah, she maintained the etiquette of entering a mosque. YB looks so cute while wearing a scarf! Congratulations YB, on initiating the free milk program.”
“YB Hannah is so pretty in a headscarf. She dresses according to the occasion.”
“YB is so cute! Looking so sweet while dressed in a Baju Kurung and scarf, I almost didn’t recognize you.”
“(She looks) so cute wearing a headscarf like that.”
