Datuk Seri Vida Just Bought A Mercedes-Benz For Her 13yo Daughter’s Birthday

We’re sure you’re all familiar with Malaysia’s resident diva/entrepreneur/singer, Datuk Seri Vida (also known as DSV). She received nationwide attention last year for her viral song ‘I Am Me’, and is also in charge of her own business.

If you’ve seen her social media, you’ll know that DSV leads an extravagant life and has an extensive collection of designer handbags, among other luxury items. She’s also made plenty of posts about her beloved daughter, 13-year-old Nur Edlynn Zamileen Muhammad Amin (affectionately known as Cik B). It’s no secret that she loves to spoil her kids, and Cik B is certainly no exception.

Most recently, DSV reportedly got quite the gift for her daughter, Cik B. The gift in question? Oh, just a Mercedes-Benz!

According to Kosmo, DSV bought a Mercedes-Benz CLS for her daughter’s birthday yesterday (11th July), and uploaded videos of her gifting the expensive car to her daughter on Instagram (FYI, a quick Google search shows that Mercedes-Benz CLS models can reportedly cost as much as RM500,000!).

What’s even more ludicrous is that Cik B initially wanted a Ford Mustang, according to the Malaysian diva’s Instagram post.

DSV even let her daughter take the car out for a test drive, and filmed the experience from the back seat.

In an interview with Kosmo, she explained to the daily,

“Actually, Cik B wanted a Mustang for her birthday, which was on 19th May. However, I could only buy her a Mercedes-Benz. In my opinion, I don’t see anything wrong with getting her a car since I am her mother and can afford it.”

On allowing her underage daughter to drive, she said,

“She doesn’t have a license and I only allowed her to drive within the house compound.”

DSV also added that this isn’t the first time she has bought a car for her young daughter, and added that she actually intends to buy her a new car for every birthday. Last year, she revealed to the daily that she had bought a Mini Cooper Countryman for Cik B’s 12th birthday. Walao!

Well, this is certainly more than any typical kid can dream of for their birthday!
