A customer at a Chicken Rice stall in Petaling Jaya claimed to have found strands of black curly hair in the chicken that she wanted to take away.
The customer, allegedly a Vietnamese woman returned to the chicken rice stall and expressed her dissatisfaction with the food that she bought there, and told the vendor that she found the black curly hair in the chicken during the meal.
“Both my friends didn’t want to eat the chicken anymore. Look what’s on them.”

The video shows the woman, the vendor, and one of the stall employees engaging in a verbal argument after the woman told them to “sell the chicken to other customers.”
“I’ve chopped the chicken for you! How can we sell them to others when there are hairs on them?!”
“Why would we sell this to you or other customers if we noticed there are hairs on it? Why would we put hairs on it?!”

The employee lost his patience and left the table.
“She wasn’t happy because I didn’t give her 4 chicken thighs”
Based on a video by Oriental Daily, Lim, the chicken rice vendor, has since shared his side of the story and explained what happened on Friday (February 14) during the customer’s visit.
The customer wanted 4 chicken drumsticks, but Lim couldn’t sell her that many as he needed to keep them for other customers on the day. The woman, whom Lim said was Vietnamese, was not happy about it.
“I have money, why can’t you sell me the drumsticks?”
“In this case, I’ll have 2 whole chickens. Pack one of them, and I’ll have another one here.”
20 minutes later, the woman came back to Lim and told him she found black, curly hair on the dish. The matter escalated when the customer asked the vendor to sell the chicken to other customers and refused to pay for her meal.

Two other men were with her but according to Lim, they both remained silent. Lim had no choice but to let the customer go.
“We don’t have evidence to prove that she put the hairs there. But why would I put hairs on the chicken?”
“I’m sure she planted it.”
Lim also said before the woman left, she warned Lim that she would be back. However, Lim revealed that to this day, she has yet to return.
