Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul Aziz just announced that RM1.5 billion will be allocated in the form of free Internet from telecommunication companies. This will benefit about eight million individuals in the B40 group.
The budget will give individuals from the B40 group a total of RM180 per person for internet subscription or mobile phone costs.
