BREAKING: High Court Finds Syed Saddiq GUILTY of 4 Charges of Money Laundering & Corruption

In case you’re not aware, Syed Saddiq also has an ongoing court case in which his fate was revealed just this morning (November 9), and here’s the verdict.

BERNAMA reported that the High Court found Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman GUILTY on 4 charges of,

  • abetting criminal breach of trust (CBT),
  • misappropriation of assets
  • money laundering

The prosecution’s evidence against the Muda president and Muar MP has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt, according to Judge Azhar Abdul Hamid.

The punishment has yet to be fixed. Azhar will now hear Syed Saddiq’s mitigating argument as well as the prosecution’s and defense’s submissions before deciding on the punishment.

Just last night, Syed Saddiq posted on his Facebook and sought the public to pray for his case.

“Since 2020, my family and I have been investigated. We are even threatened sometimes. I want to clear my name in the court. In God’s willing, the truth shall prevail.”
