Single Individuals Earning Less Than RM2,000 Get RM150, Households Earning Below RM5,000 Receive RM300

PM Muhyiddin addressed the nation live today (18 January) to announce a special package aimed to help the rakyat financially during the implementation of MCO 2.0.

During the announcement, Muhyiddin said that households earning below RM5,000 will receive RM300 whereas single individuals who are earning less than RM2,000 are entitled to receive RM150 under the first phase of the government’s Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) package.

These payment distributions are expected to be made in the month of January 2021.
