Wondering who’s qualified for the job? Here are the deets.

How tall should I be?

For starters, here’s the minimum height requirement (barefoot) for each gender:

  • Women: 157cm
  • Men: 170cm

Aww man! Did you make the cut?

Does my academic background matter?

Apart from that, here are some of the academic qualifications you must possess:

  • Credit in English for SPM (or any substitute credentials)
  • Pass in Bahasa Malaysia
  • One credit in another subject

That’s not very tough isn’t it?

What should I bring for the interview?

Like any other interview, paper documents are essential. Here’s what you need to prepare and bring along when attending the interview:

  • Original and copies of your MYKAD, SPM certificate, latest resume and certificates of higher education (or equivalent)
  • A recent passport-sized photo
  • A full-length portrait
  • The completed AirAsia Cabin Crew Application Form

The application form can be downloaded here.

If you’re a fresh grad who’s passionate about flying and looking for a job in the aviation industry, now’s your chance to give it a shot! Needless to say, experienced crew looking to switch airlines are encouraged to apply as well!

What should I wear?

During the interview, candidates are required to be dressed in smart casual attire while ladies should wear either a knee-length skirt or dress and come with full make-up on.

Remember to respect the dress code!

Understandably, the interview won’t be easy as only the most suitable candidates will be selected. However, it seems like netizens aren’t discouraged by this fact as over 500 people have already RSVP-ed on the event page on Facebook while 2,200 people are interested.

So, if you love travelling and are able to fulfil all the requirements above, why not give it a go because who knows where it’ll take you? Here’s where and when the interview will take place:

Date: 25 November 2017 (Saturday)
Location: AirAsia RedQ , Jalan Pekeliling 5 KLIA2, Sepang
Time: 9am to 11am

Good luck! 🙂
