A 44-year-old man was fined by the Magistrate’s Court after flipping off another road user on 12 November.
It’s understood that the accused, Kenneth Tan Kah Wee, showed his middle finger while both men were driving in Johor.

He was fined RM100 for his action
According to the charge sheet, he was accused of behaving in an insulting manner toward another man with the intention of causing public unrest at Jalan Pulai 62, Skudai, at around 5:22 PM.
Magistrate Nabilah Nizam passed the sentence after he pleaded guilty when the charge was read to him, and he was fined RM100 yesterday (19 November).
He was charged under Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act 1955, which carries a maximum fine of RM100 upon conviction.

The case was handled by Deputy Public Prosecutor Nor Deana Aqilah Aliman, while the accused did not have a lawyer.
The court also ruled that he would have to serve two days in jail if he fails to pay the fine.
