A 22-year-old female security guard was detained with her 25-year-old boyfriend by the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) for allegedly sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl.
The duo were accused of sexually assaulting the minor inside the toilet of a school.

The victim’s mother lodged a police report on 7 October, claiming that her daughter was sexually assaulted inside the school toilet. The incident reportedly occurred at 9.36 AM when the student went to the toilet to relieve herself.
Negeri Sembilan Police Chief, Datuk Alzafny Ahmad, said the suspects were arrested following a police report filed by the victim’s mother.
The victim was taken to Tunku Jaafar Hospital in Seremban for further examination, and it was found that no rape had occurred, but the victim had been molested.
The accused, Muahmad Mohd Mohtar, 25, and Nor Aleeya Suhadah Mohamad, 22, were brought to the Seremban Sessions Court this morning (14 October) on the charge of sexually assaulting the victim, who is a Year 3 student, in the school’s girls’ toilet.
The charge was brought under Section 14(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017, which provides for a prison sentence of up to 20 years and whipping if convicted.
The accused were Muahmad Mohd Mohtar, 25, and Nor Aleeya Suhadah Mohamad, 22.
Both of them pleaded not guilty to the charge

Nor Aleeya was represented by lawyer Norfazrin Jamal, while Muahmad was not represented by a lawyer. In his appeal, Norfazrin requested that his client be allowed bail of RM10,000, considering that his monthly income is only RM1,600 in addition to supporting her parents and four siblings who are still in school.
“The accused also supports her parents, who have high blood pressure and siblings, including one of them who is currently studying at a community college.”
“The client has appointed a lawyer and intends to clear her name and is guaranteed to appear in court.”
Deputy Public Prosecutor, Norazihah Asmuni, proposed bail of RM30,000 with one surety and additional conditions, namely that the accused must report herself until the case is concluded, not interfere with witnesses, and surrender her passport to the court, reported Sinar Harian.
The court then set bail at RM30,000 with one surety and ordered additional conditions as proposed by the prosecution. and the matter has been set for a mention and submissions of documents on 17 November.
