It appears that all around the world, people are “sexually experimenting” with everyday objects. Although it’s not acceptable to kink shame, sometimes it might be necessary.

Recently, a 15-year-old boy from the UK was found by doctors with a USB cable inside of him after he decided to shove it into his penis to measure the inside of it.

Doctors were baffled by the actions of the boy, who arrived at an unnamed hospital admitting to the bizarre use of the common item.

Cable

However, it quickly became apparent that something was wrong as the cable got stuck inside inside him and what made matters worse was that the cable had became tangled and knotted.

According to the Daily Star, the case was studied by doctors around the world, and a new report into the 2021 incident has been released on Science Direct.

In the report the doctors wrote, “The 2 distal ports of the USB wire were found to be protruding from the external urethral meatus whilst the middle part of the knotted wire remained within the urethra.”

“The patient was an otherwise fit and healthy adolescent with no history of mental health disorders. Both ends of the wire were pulled out successfully through the external urethral meatus.”

In a conversation with the mother, it turned out the boy had been using the cable as a means of “sexual experimentation”.

Initially, doctors failed in their first attempt to get the cable out as they had used a metal rod as a method of fishing it out, but the knotting proved this to be impossible.

Surgery

The doctors had to cut up the section between the genitalia and the anus so that they could get to the cable from underneath which resulted in a success. The boy has since made a full recovery.

Meanwhile in conclusion, the report said that, “Sexual experimentation and gratification, as well as underlying mental disorders, are considered the main causes of retained foreign bodies in the urethra and bladder.”

“Management varies depending on the shape and size of the object, and the mechanism of insertion.”

This should serve as a reminder to others not to stick anything into where it’s not supposed to be.
