We are in the 2nd round of MCO which started on Wednesday (14 January) and after months of enjoying controlled freedom, it is sad to have to stay at home again. Being Malaysians, the freedom to enjoy food at the restaurant is something that we will surely miss. Hence, for a Nasi Kandar hunter like Amjad Anas, he knew he had to go all-out on his plate of Nasi Kandar before the start of MCO and oh boy he did go all out!

He shared his plate of goodness in a Facebook group called Nasi Kandaq Hunters (yes, there’s such a group and we wish we were part of it sooner!). He posted,

“Tomorrow is MCO. The mamak at Kg Melayu forced me to go eat anyway. Hit a personal record!”

Yes, he did hit a personal record. The bill came to RM62.80 but from the pictures that he shared, his plate was filled to the brim with huge prawns, juicy squid and some meat. He spoke to WORLD OF BUZZ and explained apart from being the last night before MCO, it was the night when there was a big football match between Liverpool and Manchester United.

However, as a true Nasi Kandar hunter, he knew the bill would be high but it is a small price to pay for a feast before one goes into MCO. Salute bro and your pictures make us want to have a good plate of Nasi Kandar now!
