Watch: Little Boy Moved To Tears Upon Receiving Surprise Gift From His MCO-Bound Mother

The Movement Control Order (MCO) is tough on all of us – with husbands separated from their wives, grandparents separated from their grandchildren, and parents from their sons and daughters.

As many have resorted to video calls and other forms of communication to maintain a connection, this one mother did something nice for her faraway son by gifting him a bouquet of chocolates and a heartfelt note that left her boy (and netizens) in tears.

Sourcing the help of an event planner, the boy was asked to read his mother’s message.

The message writes, “Mama misses Imran. Study hard. Mama will come home soon. I’m sorry I am not home.”

It was at this moment, Imran succumbed to his feelings and cried.

He must miss his mama a lot.

Tweeting the video, @KayKalish said that if it was him, should his mother send him a bouquet like that; he would have rushed home that very instant.

“If roadblocks stopped me, I would show them the birthday card.”

Let’s work together and flatten the curve to ensure Imran and others like him, will be reunited with their families soon.
