In this day and age, many people strive to be different in order to stand out and the same goes for businesses.

One way is to market an aspect of your business that no one else has while some choose to offer cheaper prices than others. Who doesn’t love discounts?!

This BBQ restaurant in Singapore came up with a very creative way to offer discounts to their customers.

You would have guessed it already from the title and yes, they are offering discounts based on the height difference between 2 people!

Meow BBQ said in a Facebook post,

“The bigger the height difference between 2 diners at your table, the bigger the discount.”

As many would try to take advantage by bringing in a child, they have restricted it to only adults who are above the age of 21 and there are no restrictions on gender.

This promotion runs from 2 – 19 March and by bringing along a tall friend along with a short friend and the rest of your friend groups, you will be able to get a discount for everyone!

The discount tiers are as follows:

  • Less than 10cm: 10% discount
  • 10cm – 29cm: 20% discount
  • 30cm – 49 cm: 30% discount
  • 50cm and over: 40% discount

We hope that restaurants here will do a similar promotion as well. I’m sure we all have friends of various heights!
