The refund process may take up to 14 days, and you can email your screening details to [email protected]
TGV Cinemas also stated in their Facebook statement that they understand the inconvenience and effect of the flash floods in several states.
“Kindly email us at [email protected] with your movie booking details, and please be informed that the refund process may take up to 14 days,” the cinema added.
Both cinemas apologised for the inconvenience caused and urged everyone to stay safe.
