TGV & GSC Offers Movie Ticket Refund For Customers Affected By Flash Floods

Flash floods have hit several states in Malaysia, and in most places, the rain continues to pour, causing traffic issues, damage to premises, as well as safety issues.

In light of this, both GSC and TGV cinemas have issued statements regarding the ticket refund for whoever is impacted. “Customers who have purchased movie tickets this weekend and are affected by the flash floods in several states are eligible for a ticket refund,” GSC stated in its official Facebook post.

The refund process may take up to 14 days, and you can email your screening details to ym.moc.csgobfsctd-3a579c@sc.

TGV Cinemas also stated in their Facebook statement that they understand the inconvenience and effect of the flash floods in several states.

“Kindly email us at ym.moc.vgtobfsctd-4bf5da@kcabdeef with your movie booking details, and please be informed that the refund process may take up to 14 days,” the cinema added.

Both cinemas apologised for the inconvenience caused and urged everyone to stay safe.

As of the time of writing, many areas including the Klang Valley is already flooded, please take care, protect your safety and get home as soon as possible!
