Regarding his wife, Azhar said that she has been suffering from mental health issues since 10 years ago when she had to undergo an abortion for what would’ve been their 4th child together.

He shared that when his wife sought treatment at a hospital in Kuala Terengganu, she went into a coma for 4 days and lost a lot of blood. Since waking up from the coma, she began experiencing mental health issues and started always hallucinating and talking to herself.

Azhar said,

“I’ve brought her to countless treatments, even through traditional methods. Everything I did for her didn’t have an effect.”
