Going on a vacation is suppose to be one of the best times of your life, when you can escape from reality for that little while to enjoy and relax.
But recently, this group of travellers to Pulau Perhentian had a bad experience after they bought a tour package from an agent.

On a post that was shared by the Facebook page Penang Online, they wrote,
“If anyone is thinking of going to Pulau Perhentian for a holiday, please don’t use this tour agent.
“It’s not that we want to cause them to lose customers, but it’s really wrong what they doing. Pity those unfortunate tourists!”
The video shows a man, presumably the tour guide who has brought the group of ladies to the island for their holiday. It appears that the ladies are trying to ask him questions to get a clearer idea of their itinerary during their stay but the man loses his patience quickly.
He interrupts their questions and shouts really loudly, “Hello, now listen to me! You are going to eat there now and at the same place for your dinner too.” One of the ladies tries to ask another question and he shouts again, “What else do you want to ask again?!”
She finally gets to complete her sentence and says, “The itinerary doesn’t state the times of our activities. We just want to know how is the schedule and get a clearer picture.”
The impatient man answers,
“How many times do you want to ask? I’ve already told you all so many times!”
She says, “We are not scolding you or blaming you for anything, we just want to know what are we going to do on the island for our three days trip.”
He repeats again, “I’ve already explained to you so many times. Why do you keep asking? You’ve already asked me tons of times!”
Netizens were outraged at the man’s behaviour, as he is supposed to provide a service to the tourists and criticised him for his attitude towards his customers. One of them said, “I was there when it happened and I pity those ladies. He just suddenly raised his voice at them. I bet he only dared to do that because they were all ladies.”
In this case, you should definitely treat your customers politely and try to explain clearly, not lose your patience at a few questions!
