Apple’s new emojis are here! Update the iOS on your iPhone if you haven’t!

Apple’s latest 16.4.1 iOS introduced 31 new emojis, and the update applies to iPad, iMac, MacBook and other Apple devices. However, the latest update is only available as a free update on the iPhone models: iPhone SE (2nd generation & 3rd generation), iPhone 8, 8 Plus and above.

Among the new emojis, we finally get the highly anticipated pink heart. Besides the pink heart, there is also a grey heart and a light blue heart. A wireless emoji and a Khanda emoji have also been added to the Symbols category.

In the Smileys and People category, there’s a shaking face, as well as the leftwards pushing hand and rightwards pushing hand in five skin tones.

The Animals and Nature category also has new additions, which include a donkey, a moose, a goose, a wing, a blackbird, a jellyfish, a hyacinth, a pea pod, and a ginger.

On the other hand, the Activity category welcomes two new musical instruments emoji: a flute and a pair of maracas. A hair pick and a folding hand fan emojis were also added to the Objects category.
