In recent years, Malaysian couples have been getting ridiculously creative with their wedding photos. Long gone are the days of wedding photos being taken in studios.

From having their wedding photos taken at Zoo Negara, to wearing mascot heads to make their photos more adorable, couples are now thinking outside the box to make their pictures more memorable.

China Press (中國報) took to their Facebook page to showcase a newlywed couple who decided to have their wedding shoot at the Batu Lanchang Market and food court in Penang.

Wedding 1

They wrote, “A newlywed couple was sensational by taking wedding photos at a market food court with the economy rice stall and the market aisles as their background.”

In the images, the couple could be seen posing with the economy rice stall, at a table at the food court as well as with a trolley at one of the wet market aisles.

We can already tell that their wedding photos are going to come out looking so gorgeous and unique! We just hope that her dress doesn’t end up smelling fishy.

We wish this adorable couple a happy married life!
