Being a landlord could definitely be challenging, especially when it involves things beyond your control such as the actions of your tenants while staying at your rented house or room.

Take this recent viral video for example, which shows the actions of an irresponsible tenant who trashed a rented room and left it in a horrifically dirty condition.

Shared by @nooraticanordin on TikTok, the 43-second video brings you through a tour of the rented room after being left in appalling condition by the tenant.

The rented room, which is located in the Johor capital city of Johor Bahru was almost completely littered with trash in its every inch, from the entrance to the closet, and even under the bed.

In the video, you can hear how shocked the landlord was to see her rented room being in such a condition. In an overlaid text on the video, she called the whole situation “another level of tenant from hell”.

At the end of the video, @nooraticanordin included a couple of photos of the rented room before the tenant stayed there, which is a far cry from what it is in the video.

In the video’s comments section, many netizens were disgusted by the mess left behind by the tenant and wondered how the individual could live in such a condition as they couldn’t even stand watching it in a video.

One commenter said that she felt anxiety watching the video, while another netizen said that he don’t understand how people can live in such a mess.

Besides that, there are others who advised the landlord to make a written agreement with tenants next time so that this won’t happen again.

In the same vein, one commenter advised the landlord to make a bi-weekly check on her rented rooms to avoid this from happening.
