Those living in high-rises will almost always be made to face with the problem that some residents will throw things from their balconies. Glass from broken bottles, cigarette butts, rubbish are just some of the many things people tend to throw off of their balconies.

But this one takes the cake. Caught on camera, this netizen recorded a disturbing image of how the tenant below her apartment floor threw away cat litter.

Here is a video of the incident.

In the video, this bald man can be seen throwing clumps of poo down his apartment unit.

So irresponsible! To think that because of the action of this man, the whole apartment may not be able to own pets anymore.

Garnering more than 111.3k views, netizens commenting on the tweet did not hold back in showing their disgust towards this irresponsible cat owner.

“Can people living in these high-rises have a bit more brain power? No matter where they go, they still carry this village-like mentality. It astounds me.”

Some questioned as to why this video owner, did not reprimand the man for his actions.
