Without further ado, let’s go through the steps one by one!
So we start off by washing 2 cups of rice. Once you’re done, you can start off by prepping the other ingredients such as chopping the green onions and dicing 3 sausages. Put the washed rice and sausage into the rice pot and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Add in one tablespoon of sesame oil and about 1.5 cups of chicken stock (250 ml) with a cup of water (using the rice measurement cup) and then mix well.
Then you just close the lid of the rice cooker and just press the cook button. While you’re waiting for the rice to cook, beat 3 eggs and pour it in when the rice is cooked.
Close the lid again and put it in heat retention mode (keep warm) for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add green onions if you want to and add black pepper to taste. This fuss-free recipe will serve about 2-3 people and will not dirty your kitchen with splatters of oil.
