What happens when both parties cheat in a marriage?

A married couple in China recently had the shock of their life when they found out they were cheating on each other in the most unexpected way, time, and place. The man from Xi An, who just returned from work in another state rented a hotel near the train station as it was already late, and he did not want to trouble his family.

At the hotel, when the man was getting ready to go to bed, he noticed there was a piece of note being slipped through under the door. He picked it up and realised that it was a “booty call” from a prostitute, with a sexy picture and her contact number attached to it. You thought he was going back to bed but that’s not the case.

He got sexually aroused and contacted the number, and it didn’t take long for the prostitute to reach his doorstep.

The man impatiently opened the door and immediately rushed back to his bed, waiting to be ‘served’. The woman came in and took off her coat and mask, but after seeing the man, she put her coat back on and tried to leave in a rushing manner. The man, who was all ready for the ‘action’ got disappointed and tried to stop the woman. When she turned around and faced him, the man realised that the woman was actually his wife!

Little did he know, his wife has also been looking for side income during the night.

Let’s just say, things got really ugly after the discovery. The man threw his wife to the ground before he kicked and punched her.

The woman’s scream and call for help alerted the hotel residents and staff, who immediately contacted the police. Both parties were brought to the police station.

The man spent 8 days behind bars and received a fine of 400 yuan (Approximately RM260). As for the woman, she had to stay behind the bars for 3 days with a fine of 200 yuan (approximately RM130).

Sing Dao and Oriental Daily reported that the pair only meet during Chinese New Year and summer vacations every year. This is because their children need to have their tuition fees paid, so the man had to work someplace far from home, and everything at home is taken care of by the wife.

We can only imagine the conversation that has to take place between the pair after their release. Do you think there will be a happy ending eventually, or did that night seal their fates?
