Malaysian netizens have been laughing at this recent Facebook post that began to circulate quickly recently.
The user named Mark and his bunch of friends were going on a trip. He even so nicely shared on Facebook how he printed out the boarding pass for his friend. Sounds normal, right?
Well, not really because he decided to print out the boarding pass on a giant A3-sized piece of paper so that his friend wouldn’t lose it!
Look at the size of that boarding pass wei!
One of the videos shows Mark passing the folded-up boarding pass to his friend. Thinking nothing of it, his friend began unfolding it, assuming it was just going to be a normal A4-sized piece of paper.
However, he soon realised something was weird because he had to keep unfolding it for a while as Mark started to crack up laughing.
To his and his friend’s surprise however, the ridiculously-sized boarding pass was still valid! In the second video, a very amused-looking immigration officer was checking the giant boarding pass and then surprisingly let his friend through to security check!
Funnily enough, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened!
Last month, a British man decided to pull an immigration officer’s leg when he presented a giant, A0-sized boarding pass at the airport. Surprisingly, the boarding pass was valid too but had to be scanned manually!
Hmm, looks like this is becoming a new trend at airports now. We’ve got to commend the immigration officers for having a sense of humor and letting these guys pass through, though. As the saying goes, go big or go home!
Becareful of asking your friend to help you print your boarding pass next time!
