Sexual predators are some of the worst human beings in the world, especially paedophiles who prey on young children.

A recent case of a 25-year-old man who sodomised his own 10-year-old nephew was brought to court today in Seremban.

According to Chinapress, the man, identified as Mohamed Adam repeatedly sodomised his nephew from June 2016 to January 2017 in his apartment and was charged in court today for committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature without consent. The kid is only 10 years old!

Based on this, the case was investigated under Section 377C of the Penal Code and if found guilty, the suspect could be facing a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and will also be liable to whipping. Put him away forever!

When the charge was read out to Adam in court, he entered a plea of not guilty but was not allowed out on bail. This is because the deputy chief prosecutor said that the suspect had a high risk of committing the same crime if he was released on bail while awaiting trial.

The prosecutor also said that the suspect’s medical reports showed that he has a sexually transmitted disease (STD), which his poor, innocent nephew had unfortunately contracted because of his obscene acts. That poor child! He was afraid that the suspect could also pass on the disease to other victims if he was let out on bail.

Taking these reasons into consideration, the judge agreed not to put the suspect on bail and was to remain in prison until the next court date on July 13.

Hopefully the poor victim can recover from his disease and justice is served on his behalf!
