A woman was left traumatised when a sick pervert stood outside her window at 6 am in the morning and terrorised her. She was just trying to sleep when he started recording her on his phone.
The incident, which was caught on camera by the victim, saw the man attempting to grab her through the window, missing, and then grabbing the curtains instead. Scary!
His phone had the camera flash on, and he was likely recording her while at the same time, cursing obscenities at her direction.

In the video, the victim can be heard confronting the pervert, asking him, “What are you recording on your phone?”
