Low-income groups aged 40-years-old and above, who are also recipients of the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) initiative will receive additional aid through the Skim Peduli Kesihatan for B40 groups (PeKa B40).

Health Minister, Khairy Jamaluddin took to his Facebook page to introduce this new initiative to the public.

“PeKa B40 aims to meet the health needs of low-income groups by focusing on non-communicable diseases,”

“Among the benefits of the PeKa B40 scheme are health screenings, medical device assistance, incentives to complete cancer treatment and transportation fare incentives,” he said.
