Drunk driving is no longer news in Malaysia, with many becoming victims of intoxicated drivers behind the wheel.

Taking to Twitter, @nxdzmkhzzz shared a video of a man, driving under the influence of alcohol slamming into an unsuspecting vehicle, killing the driver and injuring his wife and child in the process.

To show how horrific the accident was, here is a video of the incident. Viewer discretion is advised.

In the video, the man can be seen going into shock post-accident while his victim’s arm lay lifeless in the corresponding vehicle.

Images of authorities on site have also made its way on social media.

Several reports have also surfaced including requests for alms to help the victim’s family.

A corresponding tweet also showed that the burial of the deceased had been carried out at 1 pm today.

We understand that this is a sensitive issue amongst Malaysians in our fight to punish drunk drivers with a hefty penalty and more strict jail time.

Let’s allow the authorities to carry out their investigation. Our condolences go out to the families affected by the incident.
