Malaysians have been wondering about the status of mosques and surau re-opening in Malaysia. Well, in his press conference today, Defence Minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced that ALL mosques and surau in the Federal Territory can now be re-opened.
An exception is for the premises located in red zones. The minister added that despite the re-opening of these places, strict SOPs are still in place. Patrons must download the MySejahtera app and are also required to wear their face masks at all times.
