Annabell KL introduces a refined culinary collaboration with Clase Azul Tequila, unveiling a limited-time menu crafted using Clase Azul Reposado and Clase Azul Plata. Designed as an exploration of flavour, craftsmanship, and balance, the collaboration sees tequila thoughtfully integrated into both savoury and dessert courses, elevating the dining experience beyond the expected.
At the heart of the menu are dishes infused with Clase Azul Tequila, selected for its warm, complex profile. Highlights include Octopus Bucatini Pasta layered with chilli oil, capers, and sun-dried tomatoes, as well as Braised Short Ribs finished with a Clase Azul Reposado beef jus and served alongside silky pomme purée. Each dish is composed to allow the spirit’s depth to enhance the ingredients with restraint and intention.


For dessert, Clase Azul Plata takes centre stage in a delicately set Panna Cotta with Lime & Elderflower Granita, offering a clean, vibrant finish that contrasts elegantly with the richness of the preceding courses.
Complementing the food menu is a trio of signature cocktails curated to express the character of Clase Azul in its purest form. The Reposado Highball, Claze Azul Margarita, and Plata Paloma offer guests a range of expressions, from crisp and refreshing to bold and expressive. Clase Azul Reposado is also available by the bottle, inviting guests to extend the experience across the table.
