Turkiye sadly cannot catch a break.

Following the devastating earthquakes that caused many to lose their lives and their homes, now the Turkish people have to endure a massive flood that’s carrying cars away!

Kampana News took to their Twitter page to showcase a video of the flood where cars can be seen floating away along with the current.

They wrote, “The torrential rain that started yesterday evening (Tuesday) in the earthquake region of Şanlıurfa caused flooding. Şanlıurfa Governor Salih Ayhan announced that 4 people lost their lives.”

According to BBC, at least 10 more people have lost their lives since.

Some of the victims who had died in the floods were people living in containers after they were left homeless due to the twin earthquakes in February.

“When I woke up, our houses were under water. The situation is miserable. We’ve even forgotten about the earthquake.”

“We’ve forgotten everything. Household goods, even cars were in the water. May God not allow us to live through this again, shared Melek Yildirim, a Turkish citizen.
