After helping Mak Cik Nasi Lemak by settling her outstanding 1-year rent in Kulai, the viral businessman recently put his wealth to good use by helping the flood victims in Johor.
In his Facebook video last night (December 21), Sunny Seow was seen traveling to the flooded area in several places in Johor and braced through the flood to distribute food and cash to the victims. The charity work this time involved a lot of manpower who came in multiple 4X4s and trucks with essential supplies, including food and beverages for the flood victims.
The 10-minute long clip saw Sunny and the generous team of men bracing through the floodwater to get into the residential area where the people don’t have access to the public. The rescue mission also brought them to multiple schools in the state, which are currently being used as evacuation centers to shield the victims from the disaster.
Sunny was also seen handing out cash to the victims in the evacuation centers.
“1 race, 1 blood, 1 Malaysia,” Sunny stated in his Facebook caption.
According to the news report, the flood in multiple states, including Johor has improved, but people in Terengganu might have to brace for another wave of big floods.
On the other hand, just a few days back, Sunny revealed that he has helped a Nasi Lemak vendor in Kulai by settling her 1-year debt so that she can continue operating her business which has been running for generations. In another FB post, Sunny also revealed that the relevant GLC has agreed to help the vendor and allow her to continue her tenancy.
To those who are doing what they can to help the flood victims, we thank you for your generous assistance!
